Evaluation Services

We provide comprehensive, clinically sound evaluation services designed to support individuals, attorneys, medical providers, and organizations. Each evaluation is conducted using a structured, trauma informed, and culturally responsive approach, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and timely completion.

Psychological Immigration Evaluations

We provide detailed psychological evaluations to support immigration cases and work closely with attorneys to ensure reports meet legal standards and case needs. Each evaluation includes a comprehensive clinical interview, assessment of psychological functioning, and a professionally written report.

  • Asylum Evaluations: These evaluations document the psychological impact of past trauma, persecution, or fear of returning to an individual’s home country. Reports focus on trauma history, emotional distress, and consistency with asylum claims.
  • Extreme Hardship Waiver Evaluations: These evaluations assess the emotional, psychological, and functional impact that separation would have on a qualifying family member if a waiver is not granted. Reports highlight the level of hardship and its effect on daily functioning and stability.
  • VAWA Evaluations: VAWA evaluations support individuals who have experienced abuse by a qualifying relative. These reports document the psychological effects of abuse, patterns of control, and the overall impact on the individual’s well being.
  • U Visa Evaluations: These evaluations are completed for individuals who have been victims of qualifying crimes and have assisted law enforcement. Reports focus on trauma symptoms, emotional impact, and ongoing psychological effects related to the crime.

We collaborate with attorneys throughout the process to ensure documentation aligns with case requirements. The standard fee for immigration evaluations is 1300, which includes two clinical interviews and a written report. The typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks after the second appointment, with expedited services available for an additional fee.

Bariatric Evaluations

We provide pre surgical psychological evaluations for individuals preparing for bariatric surgery. These evaluations assess emotional readiness, behavioral patterns, and psychological factors that may impact surgical outcomes and long term success.

The fee for bariatric evaluations is 375, which includes the clinical assessment and written documentation required for surgical clearance.

Fitness for Duty Evaluations

We provide independent evaluations to assess an individual’s ability to perform job responsibilities or return to work in non safety sensitive roles. These evaluations are objective, confidential, and based on established clinical standards.

For more complex or high risk cases, a higher level psychiatric or medical evaluation may be recommended. The fee for fitness for duty evaluations is 375, which includes the assessment and written report.
